In this session leaders from the school will describe the processes involved in the school’s highly personalised planning for individual pupils and how this is practically facilitated at a classroom level. This will include the triangulation of aspirational goals, personalised learning plans, therapeutic input, classroom use of engagement motivators and qualitative assessment. Sample documents will be shared with delegates.

This session will be appropriate for those in specialist or mainstream settings developing personalised learning towards aspirational outcomes.

It is ideal for leaders looking at holistic planning at a pupil level, teachers wanting to develop personalised learning or any member of staffing wanting to develop their understanding of scaffolding learning or personalised outcomes and assessment  for pupils with learning difficulties and disabilities.
