Teaching Assistant – Early Years Centre (Ryhope)
Due to significant growth the school are looking to appoint outstanding members of support staff to join our staff team and contribute to the school’s outstanding provision and future development.
The role will involve working as part of a multi-professional team on a daily basis and working under the direction of Teachers and Higher Level Teaching Assistants. This role involves the supported planning and preparation of specific activities linked to areas of the school’s curriculum offer, as well as feeding back on their success.
Contract Type : Permanent – term time
Salary : Actual starting salary is £21,215 – £22,606

Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Early Years Centre (Ryhope)
Due to significant growth the school are looking to appoint outstanding members of support staff to join our staff team and contribute to the school’s outstanding provision and future development at our brand-new Early Years site in Ryhope.
We are looking for a highly skilled practitioner with experience of supporting teaching of pupils with Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) or Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Applicants must have a good understanding of child development and specifically the development of those with complex cognitive, physical and health needs. The role will involve working as part of a multi-professional team on a daily basis.
Contract Type : Permanent – term time
Salary : HLTA (Grade 4) £22,805 – £24,738 Actual Term Time Only Salary
