School Development Overview
The School Development Plan (SDP) is not a fixed document. It is one that is flexible and adapts based on the needs of the school. The SDP is reviewed by senior leaders on a regular basis and updates are provided to staff and other stakeholders to ensure that they are aware of developments and any outstanding actions.
Below is a summary of general school development and an overview of the targets set out in School Development Plan (SDP) for 2025-26. The SDP is generated through thorough self evaluation (as set out in the school’s Self Evaluation Form (SEF)). The full SDP sets out timescales and resources required for making and meeting developments.
