Class 1
This half term, Class 1 have been learning all about
ourselves and relationships. We made pictures by drawing around our bodies, named the different
parts and drew pictures of our faces. We like to sing songs like head shoulders knees and toes, if your happy and you know it etc and join in with the different actions. We love PE and sensory activities where we get to use our bodies in different ways and understand our own and others space .
.. turn taking, caring for each other . We listen to stories such as the little red hen, my naughty little sister and share books about family and growing up. We are getting good at finding things in pictures, joining in with signs and repetitive words and matching objects to pictures.
we have enjoyed exploring new resources and are learning to look after our environment indoors and outside . Now we listen to the tidy up song and put things away so that we can play with them another day. We sort toys in different ways , we make collections , we take on responsibilities such as collecting our milk, washing up and hoovering. Its a great half term and next half term we are going to focus on homes and pets .
